Popis díla
Střepy jsou součástí série Idea ženy. Postava se neobjevuje jednou - objevuje se čtyřikrát, ve čtyřech stavech, které se odmítají propojit. Každá část má svou vlastní logiku: ohnuté tělo, postava zezadu, fragmenty postojů a gest, které se nikdy nespojí v jeden obraz. Kompozice se nerozpadá. Trvá na tom, že zůstane rozbitá.
O autorovi
Denys Chumachenko is a painter based in Spain.
His work moves between abstraction and the figure — bodies that don't fully resolve, forms assembled from gesture, color, and spatial tension rather than narrative.
Over ten years of practice, he has developed a visual language where the figure becomes a field of internal states: present but unstable, recognizable but not fixed.
Working primarily in oil and acrylic on wood, he builds surfaces that carry weight through color and gesture rather than illustration.
His works are held in private collections across Europe and have been shown in group exhibitions in Spain, Austria, and the Czech Republic.
